After obtaining her diploma in stage -competencies in the year 2000, she was permanently engaged in Theater Erfurt for three years. From 2000 to 2003 she convinced inter alia as “Barblin”(“Andorra”), “silent Kattrin”(Mutter Courage) and “Gretchen”(faust1) . Various engagements all over germany followed. In the year 2009 she founded theatre@home, where she not only manages the theatre and writes every play but is also performing as an actress.

Charlotte Schneider was involved in various productions at Theater Erfurt, Summer Stage Erfurt, State Theatre Hannover, Rennaissance- and Hansatheater Berlin. Now she takes a big part in administering theatre@home and either directs or supervises our plays. With a sure feel for timing, essence and great creative inventiveness, she leads every production to a certain success.

Helga Scherliess

Helga Scherliess designed and produced the stage setting for “ The little witch and Abraxas” and “A Christmas Carol”. She also manufactured the costumes for so far four of our plays. With creativity and relentless commitment two 78,74 X 133,85 inches big picturebook came into being, which with their vivid scenery are singular unique masterpieces.

Sabine Flosdorff

Sabine Flosdorff obtained her stage competencies-diploma in February 2008. Inter alia she played Susannah Walcot in “The Crucible” by Arthur Miller at Grenzlandtheater Aachen and is now a permanent member of the theatre@home-ensemble. She elaborates half of the various Characters in all our plays and enriches the creative work and development of every production. With charm and implicitness she bewitches both old and young spectators equally.

Eva Marianne Kraiss obtained her diploma in stagecompetencies in 2004. She delighted her audience as “Marina” and “Dinarda” in two major productions of Lope de Vega at“Kammerspiele im E-werk” in Freiburg. After various engagements in Freiburg, Weimar and Wuppertal, she is now a member of theater@home and captivates spectators with wit and power e.g. as “Van Helsing” in “Dracula for Two”, and in every other play of theater@home.

Bea is impersonating various Characters in every play of theater@home. With empathy, wit and spirit she enlivens the differing personalities and carries the audience with into our thrilling stories.

Sabrina obtained her diploma in stage-competencies at “Wiebadener Schule für Schauspiel” in 2008, and since performed on various stages in Mainz and Wiesbaden, inter alia at “Oppenheimer Festspiele” as “Maria Concepta”. Since April 2010 she is a member of theatre@home and enchants the audience e.g. as “the hunchback of Notre Dame”.

Mechtild Teschemacher obtained her diploma in musical theatre at Vienna Musical school in 2003. After various successful productions all over Germany, inter alia with Herman van Veen, she is now a member of theater@home. As e.g. “Count Dracula” in “Dracula for 2” she draws her audience with briskness, joy of playing, and temperament into the rapid journey to Transylvania.

Sylvia Oltmanns fully qualifies herself at “Hochschule der Künste in Graz”, Austria. She was engaged inter alia at “Schauspiel Bochum” and “Die Springmaus” in Bonn. Her various A. Ayckbourn in cologne were celebrated. To advance her skills she continued education in character-studies, acting, body-training and improvisation. Now she is part of our team and leads “The father of the hunchback of Notre Dame” with phantasy and sensitivity on stage.

His passion has been music and acting all along. After singing education, followed acting education at Genzmer Acting school in Wiesbaden. He was engaged as an actor inter alia at Staatstheater Mainz, Landesbühne Hannover, Stadttheater Bremen and Stadttheater Trier, and finally startet a successful directing carreer. With humour and consideration he conjures a fireworks of wit on stage.

Martin Roesgen

Martin Roesgen is currently studying anglistics and literary studies at Siegen University and is also one of the founders of the universitarian satire magazine "Der Querulant". With his outstanding antenna for language and humour, he is now aiding theater@home in becoming a bilingual theatre. He is supervising all English translations, on the homepage as well as concerning the productions themselves and ensures that the texts remain true to their characteristics. During rehearsals, he is actively working with the actresses on contemporary forms of pronunciation to do justice to the classical authors.
